Change of course times

You can cancel the agreed course. If you want to catch up on the course at a later date, you have to agree on the change at least 24 hours before the agreed time. This can be done via WhatsApp, but requires confirmation from the teacher. In the case of short-term cancellations, there is no entitlement to the agreed date.

Lateness

The German teacher is happy to receive a message if the student cannot appear on time. This does not, however, affect the end of the course. In the event of a delay of more than 35 minutes and without any information from the student, the teacher can declare the course to be finished.
If the teacher arrives late, the course will be extended accordingly so that the duration of the course remains as agreed. If the teacher is more than 45 minutes late, the student can suggest another date.

Participant

A booked course cannot be transferred to another person.

Material

Students can suggest material and content. The teacher decides the content of the course.

The material may only be used for your own private and non-commercial use. Duplication, distribution and permanent storage are not permitted.
