Change of course times

You can cancel the agreed course at any time. If you want to catch up on the course at a later date, you have to combine the change at least 24 hours before the agreed time. This can be done via WhatsApp, but requires confirmation from the teacher. In the case of short-term cancellations, the course is handled as taken without refund.

Delay

The German teacher is happy to receive a message if the student cannot show up on time. The end of the course is not postponed. In the case of a delay of more than 35 minutes and without any information from the student, the teacher can declare the course over.
If the teacher arrives late, the course will be extended accordingly so that the duration of the course remains as agreed. If the teacher is more than 45 minutes late, the student can suggest another date.
